Similar to Laylat al-Qadr, nights such as Barat, Miraj, Regaip, and Mevlit are also referred to as 'nights of celebration'.

"Laylat al-Qadr is neither hot nor cold. There are no clouds, rain, or wind. Shooting stars do not occur on that night. One of its signs is that the sun rises on the morning after without any glare." (Tabarani, Al-Kabir, h. no: 139)
"Those who look up at the sky on Laylat al-Qadr will not see any shooting stars. On this night, stars do not fall, and everything is in a state of worship." (Suyuti, Al-Jamiu’s-sagir, h. no: 9603)
"Everything prostrates on Laylat al-Qadr." (Fathu’l-Bari, 4/260)
Laylat al-Qadr holds a significant place in the Quran, as indicated by the Surah Al-Qadr and Surah Ad-Dukhan.
"Indeed, We sent the Quran down during the Night of Decree. And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree? The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months. The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter. Peace it is until the emergence of dawn." (Surah Ad-Dukhan, 44:3)
This verse informs us that the Quran began to be revealed on this blessed night.
"Indeed, We sent the Quran down during the Night of Decree. And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree? The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months. The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter. Peace it is until the emergence of dawn." (Surah Al-Qadr, 97:1-5)
