English Lesson Underneath a Tree in Uganda

The Care Assistance and Development Association organized a fun and effective English lesson for students in our orphanage in Uganda, pushing the boundaries of education. The lesson took place under a large tree in the peaceful garden of our orphanage.

Why Limit Learning to Classrooms?

With this activity, we aimed to show the children that education is not limited to four walls and that opportunities can be found in nature. The students learned to pronounce English letters under the shade of the tree and were connected with nature.

The Role of the Care Association and Donors

These types of activities are made possible thanks to our organization and generous donors. Donations and aid are essential for the Care Association to continue its activities. Our Chairman of the Board, Mehmet Südlü, stated that these kinds of events will be organized frequently, aiming to add a different dimension to the education of children.
