While we organize activities in many areas such as orphanages, permanent works, education, qurban, food package, hygiene package, charity, zakat, humanitarian and emergency aid in many countries of the world, we also try to cure the thirst of families in need by drilling water wells in arid lands.
Recently, our team of 5 people went on a 13-day journey to inspect 75 of the water wells we drilled in the last three years in Chad, Central Africa. Inspections were carried out in 65 different settlements located in three different regions. Some of the regions and settlements are as follows: Enjamina, Angori, Kanem, Ainari, Shafey, Rig Rig, Fuski Yeoduri, Kileri, Karoa Saleh, Matarka, Weske Kaleri, Ambudacou, Weske Vadere, Souta Karoua, Barat Kondja, Nimguide, Larboullumla,Louna , Elikindara, Foulfoulom, Lintira and Chiguidallam.
Our teams were able to visit 75 water wells in total. Some of the water wells we drilled in the settlements of Rig Rig and Ejemina could not be visited due to the conflicts in the region and the safety of our teams. They were noted to be inspected on our next visit. In the inspections, if the wells needed repair, they were repaired. Checked for water cuts. The wells were made available to the people in the settlement after the necessary controls and repairs were made.
Our team in the region completed the inspection work at the end of 13 days and before returning, we visited the Embassy of Chad and informed about the organizations and activities of our association in Chad and other countries.
